About the authors

Sabine Reber, author, editor and gardening columnist, has already published over 20 books and won various prizes. She has been writing a popular column on botanical topics for LandLiebe since the very first issue. In addition to her work as a freelance author and owner of sabinesgarten GmbH, she works as editor-in-chief at Drogistenstern, where she particularly enjoys writing about medicinal herbs. She also occasionally leads gardening trips, gives lectures and runs courses on plant and gardening topics.

Markus Kobelt is the owner and founder of the Lubera tree nursery. He runs two nurseries, one in Switzerland and one in Germany, which together produce more than one million mainly edible plants. The information and shopping platform lubera.com is one of the market leaders in the plant market. Over the past 30 years, Markus Kobelt and his team have bred over 130 new edible plant varieties.
