Good news for property owners. Prices are rising like they haven’t for a long time. According to IAZI AG, prices for private residential property rose by 1.9 % in the 4th quarter of 2021, and by 6.2 % on an annual basis. And the forecasts for 2022 also point to further price increases. However, there are also signs of a slight increase in mortgage interest rates here as well. This could put pressure on prices – especially for income properties.
